Returns are not accepted: Due to the digital nature of personalized services (downloadable video file), and access to its content, you may have already shared it with other people and even used it for other purposes. For this reason we do not accept returns once the product has been downloaded and delivered to the end customer.

2. Quality of service: We strive to offer high-quality services and meet the expectations of our customers. If you encounter any problem or inconvenience regarding the quality of the service received, please contact us and we will do everything possible to resolve it satisfactorily.

3. Exceptional Refunds: In exceptional cases, such as serious errors or technical failures in our service that prevent access or enjoyment of the downloaded product, we may consider offering a refund. Such refund requests will be evaluated on an individual basis and are subject to our discretion.

For website creation, no full refunds will be issued once the development process has started.
